Biden Job Approvals and the National Economy

A total of 37% of Americans say they approve of the way Joe Biden is handling his job and 56% disapprove. In November, 41% approved of the job Biden was doing and 53% disapproved of the job Biden was doing.
When it comes to Biden's handling of the economy, 36% of Americans approve and 58% disapprove. In November, 40% approved of the way Biden was handling the economy and 55% disapproved of the way Biden was handling the economy.
Among Americans registered to vote, 38% approve of the way Biden is handling his job as president and 55% disapprove. On Biden's handling of the economy, 36% of registered voters approve and 57% disapprove.

2024 Christmas Spending
Shoppers around the country say they are planning to spend an average of 820forgiftsthisholidayseason,upfrom820 for gifts this holiday season, up from 820forgiftsthisholidayseason,upfrom793 last year according to the 40th annual survey on holiday spending. Average planned gift spending for 2024 is $27 above the average planned spending in 2023.
