This is a synthetic collection consisting of manuscripts, correspondence by the author, and legal documents. The manuscripts include essays about the author in the hands of Arnold Bennett and Sean O'Casey. The correspondence, dating from 1919 to 1972, includes letters from the author to Sir Edward Howard Marsh, Beverley Nichols, Peggy Wood, and others.
