Looks like C++20 defines while -I. (unlike -iquote.) ignores <...> vs. "..." difference.

Nevermind. As -iquote was enough renaming[1] version to version.txt wasn't necessary.

libstdc++ is more careful to avoid poisoning earlier C++ standards unlike libc++:
