there's one test failing on m68k-linux, which succeeds on all other (linux) archs: test_repr /home/doko/py/python2.3-2.3/Lib/test/test_repr.py:91: FutureWarning: %u/%o/%x/%X of negative int will return a signed string in Python 2.4 and up eq(r(i3), ("<ClassWithFailingRepr instance at %x>"%id(i3))) test_resource test test_resource produced unexpected output: ********************************************************************** *** mismatch between line 2 of expected output and line 2 of actual output: - True + False **********************************************************************

Logged In: YES user_id=21627 Can you run the test separately, and report the two strings?

Considering that there is no activity for long time, is it worthwhile to keep this open?

Can anybody reproduce this in 2.5? If yes, update the "version"; otherwise we can close it.

Please reopen if the problem can be reproduced in 2.5 or later.
