资产清退
用户在2024年8月6日24点（UTC+8）之前通过提现账户的邮件提交以下信息至指定邮件 [email protected]，客服会统一审核。通过审核的提现申请将每周一/三/五处理一次，截止处理时间为2024年8月6日24点（UTC+8），请严格按照以下格式要求提交资料。

01.未完成KYC的用户请先完成KYC认证后再提交资料；

Since its establishment, CITEX has adhered to the principle of "user first" and aimed to provide a diversified and user-friendly cryptocurrency asset management platform. We sincerely thanks for your continuous support and trust in CITEX.
However, to comply with the laws and regulations of mainland China and other countries, and due to mandatory requirements from relevant authorities, CITEX will cease platform services on August 6, 2024 (UTC+8). As a result, we will delist all trading pairs and proceed with user withdrawals. CITEX has always operated with integrity and promises to process withdrawals for users. Please read the following specific instructions and procedures for CITEX's user withdrawal in detail:
Asset Withdrawal
Before 24:00 on August 6, 2024 (UTC+8), users need to submit the following information via email from their withdrawal account to the designated email [email protected]. Customer service will review the submissions uniformly.
Approved withdrawal applications will be processed every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, with the final processing deadline being 24:00 on August 6, 2024 (UTC+8). Please strictly follow the format requirements below when submitting your information.

01. Users who have not completed KYC should complete KYC certification before submitting information;
