Physical Description: This antisocial lady has a droopy brown eye that is like a tiger-eye gem, the other is a dull black. Her luxurious, wavy, brown hair is worn in a style that reminds you of a trailing ribbon. She is short and has a thin build. Her skin is china-white. She has prominent ears and a pointed chin. Her wardrobe is impractical and tight, with a mostly silver and pink color scheme.
Racial Traits: One black eye socket, no soul or will of her own.
Current Location: Professor Frej Llesnouh's Hidden Laboratory
Background: Skyseer and her family were created by Professor Frej Llesnouh to be the generals of an army of Homunculi crafted to bring his brand of order to Eifel. They haven't been released from the lab as of yet, and will eventually be brought to the surface for some plan or another, when the Professor deems them fit for field activation.
Personality: (AI Programming) Skyseer is distant and antisocial, constantly peering into the depths of 'fate' to determine the best outcomes of events. She is an adept oracle, seeing omens and fortunes in the simplest things, and is quite swayed by superstition. Skyseer is quite a romantic, however, and is easily swayed by flattery and gifts.
Powers and/or Abilities: Skyseer can effect the luck of people she 'reads', causing them to become luckier for a short period of time. This causes those she gives fortunes to to win at games of chance, or have minorly lucky occurances, such as finding ingots in the street or getting a particularly delicious pie from the bakery. Alternatively, her power can cause them to become unlucky for a short period of time. This causes those she gives fortunes to to do stupidly clumsy things and take plenty of pratfalls, as well as say the wrong thing at the wrong time.

Anything else we should know? Skyseer has no personality, though her programming is so extensive that it is hard to find events she has not been programmed to handle, imitating a personality almost flawlessly.
