WHERE: Um...the fair! (Nottingham fairgrounds, outside the castle gates)

WHEN: October 17th, the fair's final day.

It's a beautiful October day, with clear blue skies and bright (if not actually warm) sunshine. There was a hard frost this morning, but it doesn't last long once the sunlight hits it - by the time most stallholders are opening up, only the shadows are frosty.
