iconphreaks is a members only icon community. To see our graphics you must first join the community. Currently we are moderating our members, since not everybody has learned manners or common courtesies yet. Sorry, but if it offends you please don't join. It's that simple. Our rules are simple:

♦Please comment to our postings, this lets us know what you like and what you want to see.
♥Please CREDIT our makers, this lets other people know where to find the icons you use.
♣Please have some form of credits in your own user pics to let us know you seriously credit the people you get icons from, even if it is a simple "made by me" or admitting "maker unknown". The only way there would be a problem with this is if every icon you have listed has these tags on them.
♠ Your journal will be under more serious scrutiny if it is new or has no entries.
○ Please, if you have a new journal, made within 30 days of applying to our community - TELL US HOW YOU FOUND US or we will NOT add you.

If any member is found guilty of violating our rules they will be given a warning. If the matter is not corrected within 24 hours of the warning, they will be removed. Our rules are subject to change at random. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited...
