pinkplace is an exclusive all-girls community designed for friendship, fun and advice.
Although we ask you to fill in an application that will be voted on by members, we will NOT rate you or your appearance! That is not what we are about. The reason for the application is simply so we can get an idea of the type of person you are and decide if you are someone who is going to enjoy this community and the people in it. Basically, we're assessing whether or not you are a fun, girly person that we're going to get along with! :)
This is the place to chat about life & love, ask for fashion or beauty advice, take part in fun girly conversations and make new, lovely friends with similar interests. We have competitions and daily/weekly activities going on, and our aim is to just make this a fun place to hang out on LJ!
You must submit your application within 3 days of joining.
You must fill in the application form completely! I strongly urge you to take your time and answer with as much detail as you can. We want to actually get to know you!
You must make the subject line of your e-mail "Am I Pink Enough?" or your application will be deleted.
You aren't allowed to post or comment outside of your application until you are accepted.
Once you've completed your application, I STRONGLY suggest you check out the links on the sidebar. Activity and point information can be found there, along with some other fun things we do :)
You must stay active... if you don't earn 50 points in a month, you will get a warning (it's just a friendly reminder, really!!). The second time this happens, you will be removed. It is really easy to get 50 points!
You must be friendly and polite to all members...bitching is banned here!!!
We DO vote on applications here but we are NOT a rating community!! If we catch you commenting in any negative way on the photos a member uploads in their application, you will be banned without question! If you want to act superior and you think you have the right to pass any negative comment on how a person looks - you are shallow and you are not welcome here! Photo's are uploaded into applications to let us see who we're talking to, and that's it!
We also have opinion questions, but you're not allowed to vote no based on their opinions alone. You can feel strongly about something, and still be open to others opinions, and get along with them regardless.
The mod reserves the right to kick out any member at any time who they feel is not a good addition to the community.
Feel free to make any posts you want in here...the only posting that we do not allow is advertising posts. If you wish to make an advertising post, you must clear it with the mod first.
