Welcome to polar_sea! This is the graphics community of forceiswithyou, opened to streamline her online presentation a little bit. Membership is open, graphics are free, and the presses are still hot, so what are you waiting for? Go ahead and JOIN or WATCH!
As this is the first post, this is the entry where I'll elucidate on some of the community rules and graphic resources. Below the cut you will find the RULES and the LIST OF RESOURCES. This is also the spot where you can drop me a line about AFFILIATION.
RULES
And now for the RULES:
***NO HOTLINKING. If you're unsure as to what hotlinking is, please click the link (it's clear and respectful reading, I promise). This quite seriously will KILL the icons and ruin the post for everyone.
***Please, no stealing or icon usage outside of LJ; that is, no Myspace, Facebook, etc. etc.
****Textless icons aren't bases, but if you let me know you'd like to use them that way, then it's fine.
****Please comment if you gank an icon. Half the fun of making graphics is getting to share them with people who appreciate them!
****Please credit. If someone likes the icon you're using, this will lead them back to the community where they can find more of the same.
****Please enjoy!
****So it boils down to: Don't hotlink, don't steal, please comment, please credit, and be happy and well. That's it!
Requests
Requests will be opened up in special posts, but if you have a burning desire for a certain icon or an icon modification, you can go ahead and ask, it's cool.
