ggsector: Draw Sectors (original) (raw)
Some useful functions that can use 'grid' and 'ggplot2' to plot sectors and interact with 'Seurat' to plot gene expression percentages. Also, there are some examples of how to draw sectors in 'ComplexHeatmap'.
