p_ACT is an R program that adjusts sets of up to 500 p-values from association tests between correlated traits and SNPs for multiple testing, accounting for the correlation between tests.

The following versions of p_ACT are available for download:

• p_ACT version 1.2: the original p_ACT software for association studies involving correlated genotypes and/or phenotypes
• p_ACT_meta version 0.1: p_ACT software for meta-analyses involving correlated genotypes in one or more genes (beta version)
