The league added two new franchises, the Central Mass Collegians of Leominster, Massachusetts, the league's first team outside the state of Connecticut, and the Danbury Westerners of Danbury, Connecticut. The league's Fairfield, Connecticut franchise, the , ceased to exist after one season in the league.
