- The 2002 UNCAF Interclub Cup was the fourth edition of the UNCAF Club Tournament, under the name UNCAF Interclub Cup and the 20th overall; Liga Deportiva Alajuelense from Costa Rica were declared champions for the second time in its history after winning the Final stage, as C.D. Árabe Unido from Panamá and C.D. Motagua from Honduras joined them to the 2003 CONCACAF Champions' Cup. (en)
- La Copa Interclubes UNCAF 2002 fue la 21.ª edición de este torneo de fútbol a nivel de clubes de América Central organizado por la UNCAF y que contó con la participación de 12 equipo de la región, 4 equipos más que en la edición anterior. En esta edición no se le permitió la participación a los equipos de Belice porque éstos abandonaron la liga y se opusieron a la Federación de Fútbol de Belice. La LD Alajuelense de Costa Rica fue el campeón del torneo tras ser el club que sumara más puntos en la fase final disputada en Alajuela, Costa Rica para ganar el título por segunda ocasión, mientras que el campeón de la edición anterior, el CSD Municipal de Guatemala, fue eliminado en la primera ronda. - Клубный кубок UNCAF 2002 — 21-й розыгрыш турнира, 4-й розыгрыш под названием Клубный кубок UNCAF. Турнир был сыгран с 9 октября по 22 декабря 2002 года. Двенадцать клубов из шести стран (клубы Белиза были исключены после того, как они покинули Федерацию футбола Белиза) были разбиты на три группы по четыре клуба, по результатам кругового розыгрыша победители групп и лучший из клубов, занявших вторые места в группах, в финальной пульке разыграли трофей. Путёвки на Кубок чемпионов КОНКАКАФ 2002 получили по два лучших клуба в каждой группе. Трофей во второй раз завоевал коста-риканский клуб «Алахуэленсе» (в первый раз под новым названием турнира).
