The 2010 Intercity Football League is the fourth season of the Intercity Football League since its establishment in 2007. It started on April 10, 2010. The promotion and relegation regulations used in the 2009 season were cancelled. The 2010 season had only one division. In addition, the league competitions were separated into 2 rounds. A total of 9 teams competed in the first round, and the best 6 would be qualified to the second round. Famed Taiwanese semiconductor design company MediaTek became the league's major sponsor right before the round 2 began. Therefore, it is also called the MediaTek Intercity Football League. (en) La saison 2010 du Championnat de Taïwan de football est la vingt-septième édition du championnat national, la City A-League. Les neuf clubs participants sont regroupés au sein d'une poule unique où ils ne s'affrontent qu'une seule fois. Les six premiers disputent une seconde phase où ils ne rencontrent à nouveau une fois. Il n'y a ni promotion, ni relégation à l'issue de la saison. C'est le club de Taiwan PCFC qui est sacré cette saison après avoir terminé en tête du classement final, avec un seul point d'avance sur Taipei PEC et deux sur Taipei City Tatung. C'est le dix-septième titre de champion de Taipei chinois de l'histoire du club. En plus des six clubs déjà participants au championnat l'année dernière, trois formations sont autorisées à s'aligner en compétition cette saison : I-Shou University FC, Ming Chuan University FC et NSTC FC.
