Die Selbstverwaltungswahlen in Polen 2018 fanden in zwei Wahlgängen statt. Der Erste wurde am 21. Oktober abgehalten und eventuelle Stichwahlen für das Bürgermeisteramt zwei Wochen später (4. November). Die Wahlberechtigten entschieden über die Zusammensetzung von Sejmiks, Kreistagen, Gemeinderäten sowie Warschauer Stadtteilräten und wählten Gemeindevorsteher, Bürgermeister oder Stadtpräsidenten. Die Staatliche Wahlkommission (polnisch Państwowa Komisja Wyborcza – PKW) stellte dem Ministerpräsidenten drei Wahltermine für den ersten Wahlgang (21. Oktober, 28. Oktober und 4.
