The 2023 Norwegian Second Division (referred to as PostNord-ligaen for sponsorship reasons) will be a Norwegian football third-tier league season. The league will consist of 28 teams divided into two groups of 14 teams. The league will be played as a double round-robin tournament, where all teams play 26 matches. The season is set to start on 10 April 2023 and end on 11 November 2023, not including play-off matches.
