Agonoize is a German aggrotech band consisting of Mike Johnson (composition, programming, production and mastering), Oliver Senger (composition and programming) and Chris L (lyrics and vocals). The band's 2005 EP, Evil Gets an Upgrade, peaked at #4 on the German Alternative Charts (DAC) and ranked #69 on the DAC Top Singles for 2005. The double CD 999 peaked at #3 on the DAC, ranking #19 on the DAC Top 50 Albums of 2006.

Leur premier concert eut lieu le 11 avril 2004 lors du festival annuel Dark City à Édimbourg, aux côtés de VNV Nation, Gothminister, NFD, Seize, entre autres. Ce fut un succès et ils furent dès lors propulsés à la 7e place du Deutsches Alternative Charts, conservant cette place durant huit semaines. À la suite de cela ils sortirent Assimilation: Chapter One toujours en 2004, puis Assimilation: Chapter two en 2006, 999 en 2005 et Sieben en 2007. En 2021, l'album Revelation Six Six Sick fait à nouveau entrer Agonoize dans les charts allemands à la 41e place.
