Eldo P. "Al" Bagnoli (born January 20, 1953) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the head football coach at Columbia University, a position he assumed in 2015. Bagnoli served as a head football coach at Union College in Schenectady, New York from 1982 to 1991 and at the University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 2014.
