Aliakmonas is a Greek village located in the municipality of Voio (until 1997 was Community), in the regional unit of Kozani. It is located on the left bank of its namesake, the River Aliakmon. At an altitude of 550 meters, Aliakmonas is the lowest village in Voio. Views include the Tymfi mountains, Smolikas, Voio, and Grammos. To the northeast, it provides views of the Askio mountain range. There are fertile plains in the valley of Aliakmonas River. The area produces tobacco and wheat. A folklore museum, housed in the old village school, was founded in 2009.

Έχει εύφορο κάμπο στην κοιλάδα του ποταμού Αλιάκμονα. Συντηρείται παραγωγή καπνών και σίτου, ενώ οι κάτοικοί του ασχολούνται και με την κτηνοτροφία. Ανάμεσα από το χωριό και το ποτάμι κατασκευάστηκε ο κάθετος άξονας της Εγνατίας οδού με έξοδο που φέρει την ονομασία του Αλιάκμονα διπλά από το χωριό. Έτσι η πρόσβαση από Κοζάνη (54 χιλιόμετρα), Καστοριά (28 χιλιόμετρα), Αθήνα (328 χιλιόμετρα) και Θεσσαλονίκη (133 χιλιόμετρα) έγινε σύντομη και εύκολη (περίπου 90 λεπτά από Θεσσαλονίκη). Από την έδρα του Δήμου Νεαπόλεως, Νεάπολη, απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα ενώ από το Δρυόβουνο απέχει 6 χιλιόμετρα. Εκκλησιαστικά υπάγεται στην Ιερά Μητρόπολη Σισανίου και Σιατίστης. Στο χωριό από το 2009 λειτουργεί λαογραφικό μουσείο, το οποίο στεγάζεται στο παλιό σχολείο του χωριού.
