Allen Coats Meadors (born May 17, 1947) is an American professor and university administrator. Meadors has served as Dean of the College of Public Health at the University of Oklahoma and of the College of Health, Social and Public Services at Eastern Washington University, CEO at Penn State Altoona, Chancellor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and President of the University of Central Arkansas (UCA).
