El balón al puño (en francés ballon au poing) es un deporte tradicional en Picardía, variante del . No debe ser confundido con el faustball (fistball en inglés). En este deporte, seis contrincantes forman dos equipos que compiten lanzando un balón, golpeándola con el puño (mano desnuda o con ligeras protecciones). El equipo que recibe debe devolver el balón de bandada o después de un rebote con interdicción de hacerse pasos.

To be able to hit the ball, players surround their hand and their wrist with a strip of canvas or leather.
