Blaine M. Perkins (born February 28, 2000) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He last competed full-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, driving the No. 9 Chevrolet Silverado for CR7 Motorsports and part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 02 Chevrolet Camaro for Our Motorsports.
