César Raúl Ojeda Zubieta (Jonuta, Tabasco, 20 de julio de 1952). Es un político mexicano, miembro del Movimiento Regeneración Nacional. Fue del Partido de la Revolución Democrática (PRD) y del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI). Fue candidato del PRD a Gobernador de Tabasco en tres ocasiones. Entre 2013 y 2016 fue como Secretario de Gobierno de Tabasco. Es licenciado en Ciencias Políticas, comenzó su carrera política dentro del PRI que lo postuló como candidato a diputado federal por el I Distrito de Tabasco a la LVI Legislatura en 1994, cargo para el que fue elegido.

César Raúl Ojeda studied political science at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and is a well-known businessman in the hotel industry. He began his political career inside the Institutional Revolutionary Party, serving in the LII Legislature of the Congress of Tabasco. That carried him as the candidate to Federal Deputy in the I District of Tabasco to the LVI Legislature in 1994 then he was elected.
