"Carry Me Home" is a song recorded by gospel house/progressive house group Gloworm, fronted by American singer Sedric Johnson. It features vocals by Pauline Taylor and was released in 1994. The single reached number five in Iceland, number eight in Ireland, and number nine in both Norway and the UK. In the latter, it also peaked at number two on the UK Dance Singles Chart. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached number 36 in June 1994. British electronic dance music act Chicane released a rework of "Carry Me Home" as the lead single from their 2016 album Twenty.
