Cathi Forbes (born June 15, 1965) is an American politician of the Democratic Party who has represented district 42A in the Maryland House of Delegates since October 29, 2019. Governor Larry Hogan appointed her to succeed former state delegate Stephen Lafferty, who resigned in August 2019.
