In the Hindu epic Ramayana, the Chandrahasa is an indestructible sword that Shiva gifts Ravana. According to local folklore, it is also believed that this sword was given to Shivaji by the goddess Bhavani in Tulja Bhavani Temple to fight the evil kings.
