Cheng Zihua (Chinese: 程子华; June 20, 1905 – March 30, 1991) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province. He was the 1st Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary and governor of his home province. He was a delegate to the 3rd (1964-1975), 4th (1975-1978) and 5th (1978-1983) National People's Congress. 程子華（1905年6月20日－1991年3月30日），原名苏世杰、程世杰，山西运城人，中国共产党和中華人民共和國政治人物，中国工农红军、八路军和中国人民解放军高级将领。程子华毕业于黄埔军校武汉分校，参与广州起义。於1929年发动，后任红五军团十四师师长、二十二师师长及代参谋长。1934年，调任红二十五军军长，参与长征。抗日战争时期，任冀中军区政委及中共晋察冀分局代书记兼晋察冀军区代政委。第二次国共内战时期，任冀察热辽军区司令员及第四野战军第十三兵团司令员。中华人民共和国成立后，任中共山西省委书记、全国供销合作总社代主任、国务院财贸办公室副主任、中华人民共和国商业部部长、国家建委副主任及国家计委常务副主任等职。文化大革命时期受迫害，此后擔任中華人民共和國民政部部長及全国政协副主席。 (zh)
