Cherelle L. Parker (born 1973) is a former Democratic member of the City Council of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, representing the Ninth District. She was elected on Nov. 3, 2015 in the general election. Previously, she served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 200th District from 2005 until 2015. She is a candidate in the Democratic primary in the 2023 Philadelphia mayoral election.
