Justitieutskottet (JuU) är ett utskott i Sveriges riksdag. Utskottet bereder ärenden som rör rättsväsendets olika myndigheter, bland annat domstolarna, åklagarväsendet, polisväsendet och kriminalvården samt ärenden som rör brottsbalken, rättegångsbalken och lagar som ersätter eller har nära samband med föreskrifter i dessa balkar.
