Die Defterdar-Moschee (griechisch Defterdar Τζαμί, auch Τζαμί/Τέμενος Κω Moschee von Kos; türkisch Defterdar Camii, Defterdar İbrâhim Efendi Camii) war ein Gebetshaus in der Stadt Kos auf der griechischen Insel Kos.
