دينق ألور كوال (بالإنجليزية: Deng Alor Kuol) سياسي من جنوب السودان ، شغل عدة مناصب أهمها وزير خارجية السودان قبل الانفصال في الفترة من 16 أكتوبر 2007 إلى 30 مايو 2010 خلفاً للدكتور لام أكول ، كما شغل منصب وزير التعاون الإقليمي في حكومة الجنوب بعد انفصال جنوب السودان. خريج جامعة الإسكندرية - كلية الآداب - قسم اللغة الإنجليزية. عمل في السلك الدبلوماسي لفترة وجيزة، ومن ثم التحق بالجيش الشعبي لتحرير السودان. كان من المقربين إلى جون قرنق وعمل في مكتبه، وأيضا مقرب من سالفا كير رئيس حكومة جنوب السودان، وهو من أبناء دينكا نقوك، القبيلة التي تنازع قبيلة المسيرية ذات الأصول العربية السيطرة على منطقة أبيي. شارك في كل المفاوضات بين الحركة والحكومة، شغل منصب سكرتير العلاقات الخارجية في الحركة الشعبية لتحرير السودان - بمثابة وزير خارجية - وكان المتحدث الرسمي للحركة لفترة، وأيضا شغل منصب حاكم بحر الغزال في ما يعرف بالأراضي المحررة خلال فترة الحرب. وهو مسؤول ملف أبيي في الحركة، ويعتبر من الزعماء الكبار في الحركة، يتحدث لغة الدينكا إلى جانب العربية والإنجليزية. تولى منصب وزير شؤون رئاسة مجلس الوزراء في الحكومة الاتحادية بعد اتفاقية السلام الشامل، ومن ثم وزيرا للخارجية السودانية، وقبل الانتخابات، وفي التشكيل الوزاري، عاد ليعمل وزيرا للتعاون الإقليمي، وهو منصب يوازي وزير الخارجية في الخرطوم.يعتنق الديانة المسيحية. Currently the minister of East African Community Affairs in President Salva Kiir's government, he is a member of the Ngok Dinka ethnic group, and was born in Abyei region, an oil-producing border region between Northern and Southern Sudan. More than 99% of Abyei's Ngok Dinka voted to be united with their fellow Dinka in neighbouring South Sudan. In October 2007, Alor was appointed Foreign Minister of Sudan, replacing fellow Southern Sudanese politician Lam Akol, in what was seen as an attempt to appease the Sudanese People's Liberation Movement. Alor had previously been Minister of Cabinet Affairs in Khartoum's national unity government. Alor remained Sudan's Foreign Minister until 2010. After the independence of South Sudan, he briefly served as Minister of Foreign Affairs until being removed by President Kiir, being appointed to that position on 10 July 2011. Alor was one of 10 senior SPLM officials arrested by Salva Kiir in December 2013 but later released. In July 2020, President Kiir appointed Deng Alor Kuol to the vacant East African affairs ministry, replacing the late John Luk Jok, who died in June 2020.
