Digby Graham Blight OA FIPAA (born 19 September 1931) is a retired Australian, Director General of the Western Australian Department of Premier and Cabinet, Co-ordinator of the Group Migration Scheme and current benefactor to charities and community programs, most notably the JDRF, (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
