One year later, a part of its owners founded an independent company named Dinamic Multimedia. At the end of the 1980s, another company, Aventuras AD destined to produce text adventures, was born from Dinamic Software.

Durante sus inicios, su centro de operaciones se llamó Mansión Dinamic (en referencia al domicilio familiar en Boadilla del Monte) para acabar mudándose con el éxito a unas oficinas en la Torre de Madrid, Plaza de España 18, ambas en la comunidad autónoma de Madrid.​ Un año después, con capital externo y parte de sus fundadores, se constituyó la empresa Dinamic Multimedia. A finales de la década de 1980, otra empresa llamada Aventuras AD se desgajó de Dinamic Software para producir aventuras conversacionales. (es) Dinamic Software était un développeur et éditeur espagnol de jeux vidéo, qui émergea durant l'ère du 8bits avec le succès du ZX Spectrum. L'entreprise arrêta son activité en 1992 après sa fermeture pour cause de faillite. Un an plus tard, ses fondateurs ainsi que de nouveaux partenaires ouvraient , société dont le nom s'inspira de celui de Dinamic Software, mais dont elle était indépendante. Fondata nel 1984, divenne la principale software house spagnola dei suoi tempi.Era specializzata in titoli originali di vario genere per i principali tipi di computer dell'epoca, a 8 bit e a 16 bit.Aveva sede al ventisettesimo piano del grattacielo a Madrid.Fu attiva fino al 1992, per poi chiudere per fallimento; parte dell'ex direttivo della Dinamic Software rifondò successivamente la Dinamic Multimedia.
