Effium is an autonomous Igbo community in Ebonyi State of southeast region, Nigeria. Effium is located in the Ohaukwu local government area of Ebonyi State. The indigenous people are known as Uffiom and Ezza Effium, who speak the Korring and Ezza languages respectively.
