Elizabeth Montoya de Sarria (Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, 25 de mayo de 1949-Bogotá, Colombia, 31 de enero de 1996), conocida como «La monita retrechera» fue una intermediaria entre el Partido Liberal y varios narcotraficantes que financiaron sus campañas presidenciales de 1990 y 1994.
