Eomeropidae es una familia de insectos endémica de Chile y Argentina, aunque anteriormente estuvieron distribuidos en América del Norte y Asia, pertenecientes al orden Mecoptera. Se conocen 3 géneros fósiles y solo uno viviente: Notiothauma reedi.
