Fabrizio Boccardi is an Italian American entrepreneur and investor known for investments and ventures in hospitality, real estate, media, and technology. Boccardi created a fictional character "The Tyrant", a Las Vegas Casino owner, who has been the subject of two books and rumored deals for comics and movie franchises.
