Il fist pump (in lingua inglese "pompare con il pugno") è un gesto di esultanza eseguito alzando il pugno chiuso davanti al torace e poi abbassandolo con un rapido movimento. Il gesto può essere eseguito isolatamente o in una rapida successione di ripetizioni.
