Nach Inaugenscheinnahme und Probieren tragen sich die jeweiligen Interessenten in die bei den einzelnen Produkten ausgelegte Listen ein, nach der Vereinbarung der Tauschwerte werden schließlich die einzelnen Angebote unter den Interessenten nach Art einer „stillen Versteigerung“ verteilt.
