Foreign Policy and Security Research center established in 2008 by Doctors of History and Ph.D. in history, law, foreign policy and other subjects, currently working in public institutions of Belarus: Belarusian National Technical University, Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian State University (Faculty of International Relations). The official purpose of the Foreign Policy and Security Research center - to increase mutual understanding between Belarus and Europe to help Europeans learn more about Belarus. Foreign Policy and Security Research center emphasizes its status as a nongovernmental organization, it ready to cooperate with all interested persons and organizations.

Заявленная цель организации — содействие взаимопониманию между Белоруссией и Европой, распространение объективной информации о Белоруссии. Директор центра — Сергей Палагин, председатель правления — историк Андрей Русакович, руководитель исследований — историк Анатолий Розанов. Другие члены центра — проектор Академии управления при Президенте Республики Беларусь Игорь Ганчерёнок, доктор политических наук Юлиана Малевич (БГУ), историк Татьяна Пранник (Академия управления при Президенте Республики Беларусь), декан факультета международных отношений БГУ Виктор Шадурский, заведующий кафедрой международных отношений БГУ Александр Шарапо, историк Андрей Селиванов (БГУ), декан факультета технологий управления и гуманитаризации БНТУ Геннадий Бровка, историк Александр Тихомиров (БГУ). Среди выполненных центром работ — исследования по договору с Женевским центром по демократическому контролю над вооруженными силами.
