Géza Gábor Herczegh (* 17. Oktober 1928 in Veľké Kapušany, ungarisch Nagykapos, Tschechoslowakei; † 11. Januar 2010 in Budapest) war ein ungarischer Jurist im Bereich des Völkerrechts. Er wirkte von 1967 bis 1990 als Professor an der Universität Pécs, von 1990 bis 1993 als Vizepräsident des ungarischen Verfassungsgerichts sowie von 1993 bis 2003 als Richter am Internationalen Gerichtshof.

From 1993 to 2003, he was unanimously elected by the United Nations to one of the International Court of Justice, succeeding Manfred Lachs. He filled the remaining year of Lachs' nine year term and was re-elected to a full term in 1994. In 2003, he was succeeded by Peter Tomka. His daughter, Judge , is married to János Áder, former President of Hungary. His successor at the ICJ, Tomka, described him as "a dedicated and open-minded judge interested in finding areas of consensus."
