الناموس أو الحوَّام (بالإنجليزية: Gnat) هو اسم شائع لعدد كثير من أنواع الحشرات الطائرة من رتيبة خيطيات القرن ضمن رتبة ذوات الجناحين. تطير بشكل جماعي. بعضها يتغذى على النباتات وبعضها على الحشرات الأخرى وبعضها على الدماء.
