Mailiao Gongfan Temple (Chinese: 麥寮拱範宮; pinyin: Màiliáo Gǒngfàn Gōng) is a Mazu temple located in Mailiao, Yunlin County, Taiwan. The temple is protected as a national monument, the highest designation for a historical site within Taiwan.
