Keddie is a Scottish pastor and theologian of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America educated at George Heriot's School, the University of Aberdeen, the University of Edinburgh, Westminster Theological Seminary, and the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He served long pastorates in State College, Pennsylvania and Indianapolis, Indiana.
