Gustav Klinger (1876 – 1937 ?) era un dirigent polític bolxevic alemany del Volga. Klinger es va unir al partit el 1917 durant la Revolució russa i fou el cap de l'Autonome Arbeiter Kommune el 1918. Poc després esdevingué membre actiu de la recien formada Komintern el 1919, de la que en fou escollit membre del comitè executiu el 1920. Klinger joined the Party in 1917 in time for the revolution and was leader of the Volga German Soviet government 1918. He became business manager for the newly founded Communist International in 1919, and was elected to the Comintern Executive Committee in 1920.
