Η Ελληνική Στατιστική Αρχή (ΕΛΣΤΑΤ) είναι η εθνική στατιστική υπηρεσία της Ελλάδας. Σύμφωνα με τον ιδρυτικό της νόμο (3832/2010), είναι Ανεξάρτητη Διοικητική Αρχή με νομική προσωπικότητα (Ν.Π.Δ.Δ.) και δεν υπόκειται σε έλεγχο από κυβερνητικά όργανα ή άλλη διοικητική αρχή. Η λειτουργία της υπάγεται στον έλεγχο της Βουλής των Ελλήνων.
