Honduras competed in the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019. In July 2019, the Honduran Olympic Committee released a full list of 44 athletes (32 men and 12 women) competing in 14 sports. During the opening ceremony of the games, equestrian athlete Pedro Espinosa carried the flag of the country as part of the parade of nations.
