هوشنك أوسي، كاتب، شاعر، صحفي وروائي سوري من مواليد عام 1976. صدر له حتى الآن تسع دواوين شعرية باللغتين العربية والكردية. منها «لا أزل إلا صمتك» الصادرة عن دار بتانة للنشر والتوزيع عام 2020، و«بعيني غراب عجوز» عن دار خطوط وظلال في الأردن، وله ثلاث روايات منها «وطأة يقين؛ محنة السؤال وشهوة الخيال» التي فازت بجائزة كتارا للرواية العربية عن فئة الروايات المنشورة عام 2017.
