干しいも（ほしいも）は、蒸したサツマイモを薄く切って乾燥させた食品で、乾燥いも、甘藷切干（かんしょきりぼし）などとも呼ばれる。薄切りの他に、丸干しや棒状に切ったものもある。干しいもは静岡県が発祥とされ、日本での生産量は茨城県がもっとも多い。他に三重県や長崎県、中国などで生産されている。
